How to repurpose your candle vessels/jars
Clean your vessel/jar
After the candle vessels/jars have cooled down, place the vessel in the freezer overnight. This allows the wax to shrink. Remove the jar from the freezer and flip it upside down, the wax should pop out. If the wax doesn’t pop out, take a spoon or butter knife and press down on one corner of the wax to lift and remove the wax.
After removing the wax from your vessel/jar, you may need to clean out the lingering wax residue. Use warm water, soap, and sponge to clean the vessel/jar before wiping it dry with a dish towel or paper towel. If there’s any stubborn leftover wax, use a bottle brush.
